Who can refer hosts to EZSpot?
Any approved EZSpot host can participate. Once your own listing is live, you'll get a unique referral link to share with property owners in your network.
When do I get paid for a referral?
You earn $100 once your referred host completes onboarding and their first booking is checked out by a driver. Your first 5 successful referrals are paid as cash through Stripe within a few business days of the qualifying booking.
How is my $100 reward paid out?
Your first 5 successful referrals are paid as cash. Beginning with your 6th successful referral, your $100 reward is issued as EZSpot account credits you can use toward driver bookings. Account credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
Yes — the program rewards up to 10 successful referrals per host, for a maximum of $1,000. Once you hit the cap, additional referrals are still appreciated but no longer earn the bonus.
What counts as a successful referral?
Your referred host must sign up using your link, get approved, list a real spot, and complete their first paid booking. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and listings that never go live don't qualify.
Can I refer myself or a co-listed property?
No. Referrals must be to distinct hosts who don't share an account, payout method, or listing with you. We review qualifying referrals to keep the program fair for everyone.
Terms & Conditions
Earn $100 for each referred host who successfully completes onboarding, up to a maximum of 10 referrals ($1,000 total).
To qualify for a referral reward, your referred host must:
Complete full listing setup, including: adding their parking location, providing parking details and a description, uploading photos of the parking space, setting their availability schedule, and publishing their listing.
Complete their first booking as a host on EZSpot.
Once a referred host completes all onboarding steps and their first booking, EZSpot will internally verify eligibility. Upon successful verification, a $100 reward will be issued to the referring host in a timely manner.
Your first 5 successful referrals are paid out as cash. Beginning with your 6th successful referral, rewards are issued as EZSpot account credit that can be used toward driver bookings. Account credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Referrals are tracked automatically through your unique referral link. No manual submission is required — rewards are issued once eligibility is confirmed by the EZSpot team.
At this time, qualified hosts must be located in San Francisco, CA. Referrals for hosts outside of San Francisco are not eligible for a reward.

Rewards are issued a maximum of one (1) time per referred host, not per booking.
