Overview
In celebration of Fleet Week 2026 in San Francisco, EZSpot is giving away $25 USD to the first 40 entrants to spend at a local business in the Marina neighborhood. The next 60 entrants will receive a $10 EZSpot parking coupon.
The giveaway runs from 10/5/26 at 9:00 a.m. PT to 12/14/2026 at 9:00 a.m. PT. Entries received outside the entry period will not be considered.
Eligibility
To be eligible to win, an entrant must:
- Have an EZSpot account. Entrants must sign up on ezspot.ai or have an existing account.
- Post a selfie with the giveaway winning flyer + tag us on their public Instagram page & add the hashtag #giveaway. Entrants must have a public Instagram page that is viewable to be considered.
- Enter the same full name and email in the form that corresponds with the EZSpot account.
- Enter their Instagram handle or account name in the form. Entrants without one cannot have their selfie verified and therefore are not eligible to win.
- Be at least 18 years or older and a legal resident of California.
Employees of EZSpot, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible.
How to Enter
Complete the below form, then create an account on ezspot.ai if you haven't already. Finally, upload a selfie with the giveaway flyer to your public Instagram page and tag @ezspot.ai in your photo.
Winner Notification
The first 40 entrants to meet the above requirements will receive a single $25 gift card to a participating local business. Limit to one gift card per winning entrant. The next 60 entrants that meet the above requirements will receive a single-use $10 EZSpot coupon.

This giveaway has a total rewards value of $1,600 USD. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Winners will be notified via a direct message from @ezspot.ai on Instagram OR via the email associated with their EZSpot account within 5 business days. A winner must respond within 24 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their reward.
Conditions, Terms, & Privacy
General Conditions
This is a first-come, first-served promotion, not a game of chance. Rewards go to the first eligible people who complete every step above.
Gift cards are issued by the participating business and subject to the issuer's terms. The participating business is not a sponsor of this promotion. Sponsor (EZSpot, Inc) is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once delivered.
Coupons will be issued to the entrant's EZSpot account within 5 business days after verification. Each coupon is single use and applies only toward a parking reservation made on EZSpot. Coupons are promotional and given free of charge: they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred. Any amount not used on the reservation it is applied to is forfeited.
Social Media
Your post must be your own original photo, comply with the platform's terms, and not include anyone who has not agreed to appear in it or anyone under 18. Posts that are offensive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights will be disqualified. You are not required to say anything positive about EZSpot. As required by the FTC, your post must include #giveaway so viewers know you received a reward for posting.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, you release Meta, Instagram, and Facebook from any and all liability related to this promotion.
By tagging @ezspot.ai, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and share your post, with credit to your handle, on Sponsor's own social media channels for 12 months. You may ask Sponsor to remove a repost at any time by emailing support@ezspot.ai. Sponsor will not use your name, photo, or likeness in paid advertising without your separate written consent.
Privacy Statement
Sponsor uses the information you provide to run this promotion, verify your claim and account, deliver your reward, and send marketing material if opted in at account creation with EZSpot. Sponsor does not sell your personal information. See Sponsor's Privacy Policy for details and your rights as a California resident. Use of the EZSpot platform, including any coupon awarded, is subject to Sponsor's Terms of Service.
Sponsor may verify eligibility and request proof of age or residency. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the promotion, provides false information, violates these rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. Sponsor's decisions are final.
Do not trespass, enter private property, block traffic, or put yourself or others at risk while looking for the flyer. Claims connected to unlawful or unsafe conduct may be disqualified. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, removal or damage of the flyer, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects its fair administration. Any changes will be posted at ezspot.ai/fleet-week-2026.
Liability Statement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you release Sponsor, participating business(es), and their officers, employees, and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation or your use of a reward. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, form outages, lost or late submissions, or undeliverable emails.
These rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
